Will a loaned out player reduce his unhappiness

Gareth Bale is at level 4 unhappiness because of not getting many games, but ive loaned him out so will his unhappiness reduce, or does he have to play for my team for this to happen?
Answers
This depends on how his applications after he was loaned out. If he's playing lots of games for the loaned out club, then his unhappiness will reduce. He does not have to play for your team for this to happen.
