A club's starting balance is based on their stadium size and division (not the country they are from or the strength of their league). At the start of every season, your club will also receive a lump sum in the form of season ticket sales.
The weekly income and expenditure of a club work as described in the finance help section. Your Chairman will always invest cash to ensure that your clubs 'net worth' (cash + player values) is never less than 50% of the average club in your league. This ensures smaller clubs 'net worth' will not be too far behind the bigger clubs in your league. However, you will be unable to buy players if your clubs balance is in debt. It is also worth noting that 'Real Life Attendances' are in effect.
At a seasons end your stadium capacity may be increased (see Stadium Building).
Custom Game World league incomes are set by the Game World owner. Each league can be set differently (very rich, rich, average, poor, very poor). This allows fantasy game worlds to operate as they wish in terms of money supply.
