Problems Logging in?

  • You may be entering your current password incorrectly.
  • Please ensure you enter your current password in the correct case (i.e. make sure you enter capital / lower case letters exactly).
  • You can request your password by using our Forgotten Your Password page.
  • Check that you are trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g., @hotmail.com is not the same as @hotmail.co.uk). Please note that email addresses never begin with a www prefix.
  • You can request your password by using our Forgotten Your Password page.
  • If you know your password and would like to change it, you can change it from the Account Settings section of your profile.

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Alternatively, send an email to confirm@soccermanager.com from your registered email address to confirm your email address.

  1. Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.
  2. Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  3. Check that you are trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g., @hotmail.com is not the same as @hotmail.co.uk). Please note that email addresses never begin with a www prefix.
  4. Use the Re-send your confirmation email facility.
  5. If you're still having trouble after the above steps, please Email support@soccermanager.com.
    • Due to the volume of requests we receive, your request may not be processed immediately.
  • You can change your email address from the Account Settings section of your profile.

  • Check that you are entering your password correctly. Your password may be the same as that used with your old email address.
  • Have you received an email to your new email address and clicked the confirmation link?. If yes, please ensure you enter your email address and password correctly when logging in. If no, please use our Re-send your confirmation email facility and enter your new email address.
