Additional Details

I sent one on the 29th November but still not had a reply. Basically I wasn't happy as I had a cup game against an unmanaged team and their best player was suspended but played in the game. This wasn't fair and I asked why this happened.

    If the player was suspended from cup games and he did infact play in a cup game, then this sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
