When does the chairman inject cash?

Additional Details

Under the finances, there are multiple incomes and one of them is cash injection. I wanted to know when do i get cash injected as i have never seen cash being injected in to the cash.

    he never does I've been on here a while and never had any cash from my chairman. you got to buy and sell players to make any money on this game. and it don't help with the prize money is so low for winning cups and the league as well.
