How do you un-load a datapack? get back to the original players

Additional Details

Was way too curious too see what that datapack does and ended up having players like Eusebio instead of C.Ronaldo and Maradona instead of Messi. Now I feel like I burnt my hands and I want the original players back. How can that be done?
