Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

Anyone can post or search for a question or answer within the Answer Centre and anyone will be able to reply to a question.

Additional Details

since the second most recent update when the help centre was created, I no longer know how to acces the page with a general support ticket. Please could somebody send me a direct link as an answer to this question.

    SM has replaced the old Support ticket system. The new Support system now allows you to send specific tickets, so it all depends on what your query is about. For example, you can send a queries about the SM Shop via the 'Shop Queries' link at the left or you can send a ticket to report multiple accounts via the Club List of your Game World.

    Otherwise, you are free to send all general queries here. SM Community Admins and the rest of the SM community will be able to help.
