How do i change pre owened custom world rules ?

Additional Details

I have just taken over a preowned game world and it is now in the preseason (new fixtures announced today) and i need to know where and how i can change the rules, in particular unlocking the league as it only has 4 managers.

    Game World settings can be changed by going to your SM homepage and then clicking on 'My Game Worlds' in the left-hand sidebar. Find your Game World and then click on 'Admin Custom Game World'.
