I'm a little confused with the statement that my chairman will make sure that my team's net worth will be 50% of the average team in the league. Say if the average value of the team in my league/division is $300. Does that mean my chairman will ensure that my team is worth $150 or $300?
Also, I moved up to division one with Fulham and my stadium capacity stayed at 26,600 while most of the teams in my league have many more seats. What's the criteria for stadium expansion?

Not sure of exact figures but I got promoted into the top division with Doncaster Rovers in GC124 and my chairman has increased my stadium from 15000 to 24737 and given me 2 cash injections totalling 15 million. I'm guessing that you're in an English league so its unlikely your stadium is going to get increased any more as its already higher than what mine got increased to - it would be good if you could pay to increase the capacity to give yourself better long-term income!
