Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Hi Ali Muhammad,
You can make a new championship. In order to create a new championship, you have to buy it. You can do that by clicking on the "Upgrades" button in the top of every Soccer Manager page and then selecting the "Upgrades" tab. After that you have to select the type of the game world(standard or custom)
