Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

It sometimes does not matter how many superstar players you have, it usually is about your tactics and how you play the game. You see you may player in a central position while the opposition attacks down the wings/flanks which is a weakness, strengthen your squad by playing the players who are in form and often change you formation.
