Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Why you are losing matches is not something anybody can answer. Maybe your formations, tactics, player fitness etc are not good. It is possible that your opponent maybe trying something new and beating you. I don't believe matches are fixed in SM. I do admit there will be some crazy results where you will feel hard done by. Luck is important here. Don't feel de-motivated. Keep faith and try new tactics or players to solve this.
