Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

check out the latest games of those other clubs, in their schedule!

click on the name of the club you want to know the tactics of
once you did that, at the left you will see a menu with the name of that particular club
go to "schedule"
click on "match report" in any of that club`s latest games.
the data of that game will appear. choose "match statistics".

This is the most complex way to know the tactics of any team, but it will help you analize in a very complete way your rivals!

Now, doing this you will be able to see just the starters, and the way the players are on the field, but you will never know what kind of pressing, or passes or favourite side to attack this team has. You can`t see this info.
