Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

The Chariman will never let anyone loan out their 3 best players. I assure you the Chairman will not allow it and not even because you are dealing with a friend.

Here is a good example:

If you have 2 goalkeepers...let's say Hugo Lloris (92) and David de Gea (89). The Chairman will let you loan out de Gea, but he will not let you loan out Lloris because he is your BEST. But, then let's say you buy Iker Casillas (95), the Chairman will allow you to loan out Lloris now.
