game world owner messing around???? being unfair?? being a bully???

for two years now, I have been a manager for kaizer chiefs in England V Europe V Rest world. i took this club all the way from division 3 to 1... and won the cup with this club. the game world got a new owner and he has forced almost every manager to resign from their clubs. he sents regular messages to me and the remaining 2 managers telling us to quit. (which i will never do). he has since changed the game rules, we cant buy any players or anything.... i have pasted the current game rules below.. please have a look and see if this is fair treatment???? out of 40 something clubs only 3 are managed by actual managers... the game world owner himself does not manage a club on this game world.
