Each player is given one rating within a scale of 60 to 99 (with 99 being the highest rated) on the Soccer Wiki and this information is transferred over.

The community on the Soccer Wiki propose a new rating for a player and this could result in either an increase or decrease in their rating. Please note that a player's rating will not change based on how he performs for you in Soccer Manager.
