Through the SM Shop you can purchase extra Soccer Manager products and packages to improve your game experience!

Gold Membership

'Gold Membership' is a package of extra's which can be bought by paying a fee at the SM Shop. 'Gold Membership' adds a number of features to Soccer Manager for the user to enjoy but provides no in-game advantages. 'Gold Membership' income will help to maintain and expand the resources needed by Soccer Manager.

When You Become A Gold Member You Will Be Able To...

  • 12 National/Regional leagues running concurrently with two domestic cups each. Image:tick.gif
  • (England, Spain, Italy, Scotland, France, Germany, Holland & Belgium, Eastern Europe, American, Mediterranean, Central Europe, Scandinavia) Top teams from all the domestic leagues compete in Champions League style Competitions the SMFA Champions Cup and SMFA Shield. Image:tick.gif
  • Create and control your own Custom Setups * (option 3), choose:
  1. Your setup name and your starting club Image:tick.gif
  2. The clubs in your setup Image:tick.gif
  3. The number of divisions and clubs in your setup Image:tick.gif
  4. Whether the setup is open to everyone or whether it is application/invite only (eg Buddy League) Image:tick.gif
  5. The number of clubs promoted and relegated Image:tick.gif
  6. The number of points for a win Image:tick.gif
  7. The manager's reputation entry level to your setup Image:tick.gif
  • Create as many Custom Setups as you wish (Each Custom Setup bought separately) Image:tick.gif
  • Manage 10 extra clubs per account Image:tick.gif
  • Enable Holiday Mode which can be used up to 4 times a year! Image:tick.gif
  • Gold Members get their support tickets answered as a priority before other members Image:tick.gif
  • Receive the Image:Status_online_gold.gif to show that you are part of the elite group of Gold Members! Image:tick.gif

  • Option #1 - 12 Months Gold Membership + 12 Months Gold Membership FREE
  • Option #2 - 12 Months Gold Membership + Standard Setup
  • Option #3 - 12 Months Gold Membership + Custom Setup

Gold Membership Renewal

Image:Question.gif When can I renew my Gold Membership?

Image:Answer.gif You can only renew your Gold Membership when you have 60 days or less remaining on your current package.

Image:Question.gif How much is the renewal?

Image:Answer.gif The Gold Membership package is worth £14.99, however, due to your loyalty , we will renew your Gold Membership for £4.99.

Image:Question.gif Do I still control my Custom Setup(s)?

Image:Answer.gif As long as you remain a Gold Member you will have full control over your Custom Setup.

Image:Question.gif Can I still participate in the Gold Setups?

Image:Answer.gif As long as you remain a Gold Member and your reputation is above 40 you can still participate in them.

Image:Question.gif Do I get any additional Custom Setups free with my renewal?

Image:Answer.gif Once you renew your Gold Membership you will be given another free Custom Setup if you renew your membership for £9.99.

Gold Membership Expiry

Image:Question.gif What happens if I don't renew my Gold Membership?

Image:Answer.gif You will become a normal member and will only be able to manage a maximum of 3 clubs (plus number of Custom Setups you have).

Image:Answer.gif The AI will remove the additonal clubs from your account.

Image:Question.gif How does the AI decide which club(s) to remove from my account?

Image:Answer.gif The AI will leave the first three clubs you took control of on your account and remove the others.

Image:Question.gif Can I still participate in the Gold Championships?

Image:Answer.gif You will no longer be able to play in the Gold Championship setups.

Image:Question.gif Can I still create Custom Setups or manage my existing setup(s)?

Image:Answer.gif Soccermanager will administrate your setup(s) by opening them up to all members.

Standard Setup

Can't seem to get a club you want?

Create a 'Standard Setup' and choose the first club in it!

You also have your name immortalised as the 'Setup Creator' and receive an extra space to manage a club.

A 'Standard Setup' is either a World Championship, English Championship, European Championship or one of the various world leagues.

(Note: You do not control or admin this setup and once you have had first choice of a club in the setup it is opened up to everyone else as other 'Standard Setups' are and administered by Soccer Manager).

You must be a Gold Member to create and control custom setups.
