Once a manager has registered with Soccer Manager he wil start with a Reputation on Level 4 and has 40 Reputation Points (RP). Every week a manager will automatically gain 1 Reputation Point (RP).

What is Reputation?
Each manager starts with a reputation on Level 4 and has 40 Reputation Points (RP). Every week managers gain 1 Reputation Point (RP). Your reputation will have an affect on several aspects of Soccer Manager. First, on which Setup Types you can enter as Gold Setups have a minimum entry requirement of 40+ and a Custom Setup owner can select a minimum reputation level for entry. Second, on how many clubs you can manager within your account. Lastly, how other managers within Soccer Manager view you within the game.
Reputation Explained
RP Needed:150 to 199. Time:2 yr, 2 months
RP Needed: 125 to 149. Time: 1 yr, 8 months
RP Needed: 100 to 124. Time: 1 yr, 2 months
RP Needed: 75 to 99. Time: 35 weeks
RP Needed: 45 to 74. Time: 5 weeks
RP Needed:40 to 44. Time: START
RP Needed: 30 to 39. Time: Any
Benefits: Manage 1 Club, Warning issued
RP Needed: 20 to 29. Time: Any
Benefits: Manage 1 Club, Suspended from game for 1 week
RP Needed: 10 to -19. Time: Any
Benefits: Suspended from game for 1 week and lose all Clubs
Punishments and Sanctions
If a user is found to be playing the game unfairly by the Soccer Manager Football Association (SMFA) or abusing the forum(s), the players reputation will be reduced to level 3, or by 1 level if already on level 3 or below, and the corresponding punishment implemented. The SMFA may reduce a users reputation level by more than 1 level for serious unfair behaviour.
Why Has My Reputation Been Reduced
By registering and playing SoccerManager.com you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the SM Code of Conduct. If the SMFA find out you have broke either of these agreements then your reputation will be reduced or in some instances your account may be suspended. If you believe the SMFA have reduced or suspended your account for the wrong reasons then you will need to contact 'Support'. Please note that our decision is final.
