Game World Gold 384 not started new season

This game world has not started its new season the last game was on Feb 4th.There is 29 managers in Gold 384 stuck in limbo because the season has not started.At least 5 managers have put bug reports in to S.M but have heard nothing back.I've been on this game for 5 years this is not right.Other managers who have been on longer than me are so sick they are thinking about leaving because you are not sorting this problem out.If they leave you will lose some of your best customers please could you look into this problem in game world gold 384 as its been nearly 3 months.Thankyou.Mark
