How is manager ranking calculated??

I assume that the manager ranking is there for managers to gauge how good they are in comparison to the other managers in there game world. But, this statistic has no use to me when i have no idea how it is calculated and no idea what is good or not.

I think its basically on points. The more games or titles you will win the more points you will have and that will ultimately increase your ranking. You can see that in the Game World- Overview.
