Why are my Players getting carded and injured?

Of recent, i've notice that my players (in both teams that i manage) are getting red or yellow cards especially in the early periods of a match and usually they end up losing such matches. My tackling tactics is on normal as it has always been so, i wonder why the cards. Moreover, my players have getting injuries quite frequently even though i make at least 3 substitutions in every match and i also rotate my squad, so why the injuries?

    Injuries are random just as they are in real life. It isn't really dependent on your tactics as much. Players get injured in real life by chance. I don't think anyone plans to get injured or finds a way to injure someone.

    It is ridiculus,same thing happend to me.Gabi and cavani got inured and SUAREZ My best player and only striker was sent off in the 1st minute and I only use normal tackling, how on earth do they expect me to score.hard tackling managers don't get red cards @all..why?

    well for one it dependson your opponents Tactics as well not just yours, the opponent may have it on tight marking and aggressive tackling also.. this is what causes your players most injuries.

    I also find injuries to be a bit excessive, and unrealistic. It seems to be a problem I suffer more than other managers in my game worlds even though as you said my tackling is usually on normal. Seems to happen more to an attacking formation? Not sure what factors affect injuries in the software, but it really grates my nerves especially when they ruin my title challenge.
