How to i report someone when they don't have multiple accounts

I quit my wolfsburg team yesterday so i could join another team in the gameworld. I know people in the league from my school and told them i was joining the league as a different team so he deliberately made accounts just to join teams in the league and stop my joining. When i did join he deliberately joined teams where i had bids in for players to stop me buying them and quit. As he does not have multiple accounts in the league how do i go about reporting him?

SM won't ban or punish someone who has acquired a club by fair means. If he is continually quitting and rejoining your Game World, he can only do this once or twice, I believe, and then he will be blocked from entering that Game World anyways. He is not doing anything wrong by joining your Game Worlds, I'm afraid.
