Well if the player is from an external club later on that club shall make an offer for the player they used to have

Click on the 'Shop Queries' link on the left.
You will see a list of questions.
The question 'I have paid for something from the SM Shop and I require a refund.' is best suited to your query.
Click that and you will see the Refund Policy and a button to contact SM.
