How do I report a manager for suspicious activity (ie fielding a weak side in every game and losing 9 and 10-0 every game)?

Additional Details
I have no evidence that he knows other managers or anything like that, but he plays a 3-3-4 line-up with a goalkeeper with a 68 rating, has sold all his other keepers and just generally seems to be playing to get thrashed. How do I report this?
Answers
Simply click on 'Report Match Fixing' in whatever game you believe this manager may be fixing. You don't need any evidence other than the fact he may be fielding a bad squad on purpose for some other manager's advantage. SM will investigate it for you by clicking on 'Report Match Fixing' within the Match Results window.
