How do I change my tactics and substitution during the match?

Additional Details
I want to know my team substitution during the match.Now I am only professional Manager not so good enough.But my players are playing 90 minutes all the matches.So my player condition is very low.Sometimes we face very big teams continuously for example Real Madrid,Barcelona,Arsenal and etc.So my player condition is very low.So my team always lose the games so far.Please point out how to solve this problem?

Go to in-game instruction there u wil get the option of sub. At 45,60 and 75 min.

Tactics can be changed by clicking on your preferred club and then clicking on "Tactics" at the top right-hand corner of your club home page. Otherwise, you can follow this link - http://www.soccermanager.com/tactics.php after clicking on your club.
To make substitutions, you will have to go to your Tactics page and click on the "In-Game Instructions" tab. There, you will be able to set your substitutes.Answered by
