How do I change my advanced rules on a custom game world?

Additional Details

I have updated some rules by accident which has meant that no managers can buy any players from un-managed teams.
It will not let me change this setting back to the un-ticked option.
What can I do?

    You can only edit the Advanced Rules of your Game World once at the start of a new season before the first turn is played. If you have made a genuine mistake during the creation of your Custom Game World (in respect of your Advanced Rules) then I would create a Bug ticket (which can be done using Report Bug to the left of this screen) and ask them to change it for you.
