Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

Answer

The length of time that it takes for unmanaged or external clubs to bid for your players varies. You may receive a bid the next day after putting a player up for transfer, or it may take 3 weeks. If you've waited three days it's best to keep waiting for offers. That or consider using those players in a part-exchange transfer with external clubs.

Also, make sure you haven't accidentally placed your player on the transfer list as a part-exchange transfer, always put an asking price to avoid this.
