Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

It depends on what competition your next fixture is in?

If for example it is in a SMFA competition then you will not be able to chose your starting XI or select your formation/tactics unless you are a Gold Manager.

Considering that you are participating in two Standard Game Worlds and the fact that you are currently a Professional Manager, I would guess that one of your clubs has a fixture in a SMFA competition tonight (as this is when the fixtures are played in your Game Worlds) and this will mean you won't be able to chose your starting XI or select your formation/tactics.

However, if you this is not the case then you will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
