Can anyone purchase and create Custom Game Worlds?
Any member of the Soccer Manager community can purchase, create and control Custom Game Worlds.

How do you create a Custom Game World?
Once you have purchased a Custom Game World via Upgrades, you can create it from going to My Game Worlds and then clicking on Create Game World. You will then need to follow the five on screen steps prior to the creation of your Custom Game World.

Can I delete my Custom Game World and create a new one?
Once you have created your Custom Game World it cannot be deleted. If you want to create a new Custom Game World you will have to purchase another one via Upgrades.

Can I change the name of my Custom Game World?
You can't change the name of your Custom Game World as this is unique in the game.

Can I change my Custom Game World rules?
You can only edit the Advanced Rules of your Game World once at the start of a new season before the first turn is played.

How are my Advanced Rules enforced?
The SMFA will automatically enforce any of the Advanced Rules you select.

How do I accept and reject new managers in my Custom Game World?
You can accept and reject new managers by going to My Game Worlds and then clicking on Game World Admin.

How do I remove a manager from my Custom Game World?
You cannot remove any manager from your Game World. However, if you believe that any manager within your Game World has broken the Terms of Use they agreed to then you need to report them via the All Transfers page. The SMFA will then investigate this and if necessary take the appropriate action.

My application has been rejected for a Custom Game World what should I do?
The Custom Game World owner can accept or reject any managers they do or do not want within their Game World.

Can you lift a ban from a manager within your Custom Game World?
You can view the managers that have been removed and banned from your Custom Game World from My Game Worlds and unban them if you want to.

Is it possible to swap clubs within your Custom Game World?
You can not swap any club for another club once you have created your Game World.

Can I remove all of the managers within my Custom Game World?
You can not remove all the managers in your Custom Game World as this would be on unfair on the managers.
