Real World Signings - automatic?

Additional Details

I manage Brighton and they have just signed Bruno Saltor from Valenica in the real world. When i went to look for him in my game world he is down as being at my club - however he is not in my squad. I can however sign him as a free transfer. Does it just take a while to uppdate or will i need to pay to sign him?

    You will have to pay to sign him. If during the season for example if Ronaldo in the real world gets transferred to Barca, that doesn't mean that SM will automatically in a game world move Ronaldo from Real to Barca. In a player's bio the info on top is the real life info while the bottom one in the SM value and details.

    You need to pay to sign him. There is no automatic update.

    Unmanaged and external clubs will buy and sell players according to the real world signings if the player belongs to another unmanaged or external club.

    Managed clubs have to pay the transfer fee for any players
