If so any idea how to switch players in the tactics screen? Mine won't let me!

I do sometimes play SM with my iPhone. If you notice below on the tactics page there will be an option for tabular tactics. That allows you to pick players according to their jersey no. So simply choose any player and choose the jersey no. on the pitch representing the position you want him to play and confirm it. Your matchday squad will change accordingly to your set tactics and team.
