Questions about Custom Game Worlds and gold memberships

Can I buy a 1 month gold membership and then buy a Custom Game World?
What happens when my gold membership runs out? Do I get the same rights as I had before in the custom game world that I purchased?

If I take over a custom game world which has already been created, with my 1 month gold membership, will I be able to kick everyone out and then send invites to mates? Or I cannot kick people out?

Would it make any difference if I buy 12 months gold membership + try get a pre-owned custom game world or a 1 month gold membership + a pre-owned custom game world? (in terms of rights in the game world)
