How do I stop perpetual cheating when I've made reports and SM has decided that there is not enough evidence?

Additional Details

A manager in my game world is clearly cheating... he even taunted me about it through a private message. He used another account to manage a team effectively blocking a transfer that I made that was accepted, and then has made 2 transfers for the best players on the team at minimum prices. I've filed a report for "same manager" and a report for "illegal transfer" and both times SM said that there was not enough evidence. What can be done??

    I can't offer a solution but am shocked that people actually cheat! What is the point of cheating? You don't win anything. I hope you catch him out and get him thrown off.

    do u still have the private messages he sent you?

    i dont think you can do much if smfa say not enough evidence

    you need to try and find a way to link his 2nd account to his main one,,,,
