I have a player who has just been downgraded when he should have been upgraded.

Additional Details

I bought him seven games ago at 83 Rating. His performance levels have been 7-9-10-7-8-10. He's scored 3 goals and made 2 assists and averaged 8.71 - and he's been downgarded to 80? Can I have this checked by SM? How?

    Ratings are not based on SM form; they are based on real-life form. However the player plays in real life, then that is how the ratings will be decided.

    This is clearly explained within the online Help. Simply click Help at the top right hand corner of the screen and type in 'Ratings'. It will explain everything in detail there.
