Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.
However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

If someone sends me a message accepting a deal, then denies it in the GW, what do I do?

He accepted the deal in my inbox but rejected the deal.

You could PM him and ask why, it could be an innocent mistake. but there is nothing else you can do. People are not bound to complete a deal they have agreed by PM and are allowed to change their minds. Many people would agree going back on a promised deal is immoral though, so you might want to think about whether you do deals with that person again.
The only time SM might punish a manager for not doing a deal is if they renege on a two part deal having done the first part only.Answered by
