A Players Transfers Ban Ending When Resigning From a Team

How come all the players i bought for a team. The transfer bans ended after the 7days of me leaving that club.
I bought 3/4 players left 2weeks later no transfer ban on them players. how come cause they where banned till September 2014
Answers
basically comes down to money and balance. players who don't play at that club will get sold on so the unmanaged club can rebuy their original players back. and it keep the teams balanced and with the correct players at their club just like in real life.
