New Improvements/Features: SM Support

The SM Support system has undergone a minor improvement.

SM Support now contains seven categories, and they are as follows:

  • Account Settings - This section contains frequently asked questions about your account in relation to personal information, transferring clubs/setups/Gold Membership, and general account queries. Please note that you can not raise a ticket from this section as all of the information is already explained in detail within our Online Help.
  • Shop Queries - This section contains frequently asked questions about the SM Shop, its ‘Paid For Features’, and our ‘Sales and Refund Policy’. If you have not received a ‘Paid For Feature’ or require a refund the you will need to create a shop query support ticket.
  • Bugs - If a feature on the site does not work or is not displayed correctly then you should submit a bug or error report.
  • General Help - This section contains frequently asked questions about the site and game. If your question is not answered in the frequently asked questions the you can enter words relating to your query in the search box to search within the Online Help. If you still can not find an answer to your question/query then you will need to submit a question to the SM community who give up their time for free in order to help other members.
  • Cheating/Abuse -This section contains information on how to block a manager if they have sent you abuse via private message (PM), and also how to report a manager if you believe they have broken the Terms of Use. If you believe that a manager has broken the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct (which forms part of the terms) you will need to create a ticket (which could be in relation to reporting an illegal transfer, a manager using multiple accounts or receiving racist abuse via PM).
  • Suggestions - This section contains the best 15 suggestions we have received to date. However, if you have an idea to improve SM which is not listed then you will need to make a new suggestion.
  • Database Updates - This section contains information relating to finding any inaccuracy in the Player or Club databases. If you have found an inaccuracy in our real word information about players and club you may submit a support ticket providing the correct information.

Each seperate section contains a wealth of information which you will be required to read prior to creating a ticket to SM Support.
