New Improvements/Features: 24/7 Media

The old style setup newspaper has been revamped, due to the limited interaction it created between managers within the setup. A new newspaper has been introduced, which will be unique to each setup, and will be available 24/7.

There are a few simple rules/regulations which need to be adhered to which are explained below:

SM is taking a ZERO tolerance approach to users who abuse the SM Newspaper. Anyone breaking the rules will be PERMENTLY banned from writing articles, and may also be suspended/and or banned from the game.
SoccerManger.com reminds you of the Forums and Public Communication section in the Terms of Use. All articles are stored and people who abuse the newspaper will be suspended. Please report any mis-use by clicking on the report article link at the bottom of the article or email support@soccermanager.com

Who can use the new 24/7 setup newspaper? Only Gold Members and Members with SM Reputations of 75 and over can write articles for the SM Newspaper!

The brief ‘Article Guide’ is explained below:

Keep the articles about the setup you are involved in.
Keep the articles short and sweet but imaginative.
Don’t turn the newspaper into a ‘Player For Sale’ page.
Most of all, make them fun and interesting!!

There is also a 2,000 character limit, and we feel that this is ample for any manager to write an article as explained in the guide above.

The four main sections (where articles can be created) are:

General News - This gives new managers the opportunity to annonce themselves, post club news etc.
Transfer News - This gives managers the opportunity to annonce new transfer signings or sales, write transfer rumours, announce players for sale etc.
Match Previews - This gives managers the opportunity to write a match preview for their upcoming fixture, and this could be in relation to possible (or confirmed) starting XI or squad, injuries/suspensions, manager/club rivlary etc.
Match Reviews - This gives managers the opportunity to write match reviews after their last fixture, and this could be in relation to the match report, thoughts on the match, after game manager interview(s) etc.

The SM team hopes this is a welcome addition to the game, and will help improve your general playing experience within the site.
