BBC Radio Lancashire Help Promote KitAid
August 14th, 2008 by SM Dev (ste)
This summer BBC Radio Lancashire has teamed up with KitAid.
KitAid is a charity that collects unwanted items of football kit and sends them to underprivileged children and adults across Eastern Europe and Africa.
If you have any items of kit then please donate them before the 31st August.
You can drop your items in at the BBC studios on Darwen Street in Blackburn or you can take them to the following football clubs, Blackburn Rovers, Burnley, Blackpool, Preston North End, Accrington Stanley, Morecambe and Fleetwood Town.
We’re looking for any type of football shirt or shorts or socks in any size so have a rummage through your drawers and help BBC Radio Lancashire Get Your Kit Off!!!
If you run a Saturday or Sunday league team and you have any spare kits we’d really appreciate them!
Please call the BBC Radio Lancashire helpdesk on 0845 305 9000 for more information.
