General Help/FAQ: Online help guide

Soccer Manager has a comprehensive online help guide, and it covers the majority of questions/queries you might have in relation to the game or site.

The online help guide contains a fountain of information, and the majority of questions/queries which are received in support are already covered within this guide. Due to this we will advise all members of our community to read our online help prior to contacting support as your question/query might already be answered.

If you can not find the answer to your question/query, then you are welcome to contact support, and we will try to answer your support ticket. However, if a member of our community raises a question/query which is already covered in this guide, then the support team will merely point them in the direction of our online help guide.

Please Note: Any questions/queries which are received in support and not already covered within our online help guide will be added at the earliest opportunity.
