Proposed Clubs for World Setup Div 3

It is that time of year again when SM review teams in the World Setups. Last year we decided to include some unusual clubs like Urawa Red Diamonds, Espérance de Tunis, Al-Ahly, Djurgårdens etc. Unfortunately in most setups people have decided against a different challenge, and prefer the traditional Western clubs.
Proposed clubs for Division Three:

1. Shakhtar
2. Spartak Moskva
3. AZ
4. Olympiakos
5. Rangers
6. Blackburn Rovers
7. Aston Villa
8. Espanyol
9. Deportivo
10. Bayer Leverkusen
11. Zenit
12. Galatasaray
13. Paris SG
14. Monaco
15. Bordeaux
16. Santos
17. Internacional
18. Anderlecht
19. Bolton
20. Lokomotiv Moskva

Some of these clubs have dominated their own domestic league, but have an average squad rating which is not competitive enough (at this moment) for Division One.
