General Help/FAQ: What Can Influence a Rating?
Each week our team of researchers will assess players performance from certain leagues (based on their performance over a significant period of time) to decide whether they warrant an increase or decrease in rating.
The main factors that contribute to a down-rating include:
Player Ratings: Thursday 23rd Oct - Section 11 of 12: Portugal & Spain
The SM Researchers have started to review Section 11 of 12 of the Main Leagues and are currently reviewing the following leagues:
Primera División;

Segunda División;
-
Portuguese Liga.

Player Ratings: Mon 15th Aug - Section 6 of 12: Belgium, France & Switzerland
The SM Researchers have started to review Section 6 of 12 of the Main Leagues and are currently reviewing the Belgian First Division, the French Ligue 1 & 2, and Swiss Super League.

Player Ratings: Mon 1st Sep - Section 4/5 of 12: Austria, Denmark, Czech Rep, Germany, Netherlands & Slovakia.
The SM Researchers have started to review Section 4/5 of 12 of the Main Leagues and are currently reviewing the Ausrian Bundesliga, the Danish Superliga, the Czech 1. Liga, the German Bundesliga (and 2nd Bundesliga), the Dutch Eredivisie, and the Slovakian Liga.

Player Ratings: Mon 11th Aug - Section 3 of 12: Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland & Romania
The SM Researchers have started to review Section 3 of 12 of the Main Leagues and are currently reviewing the Bulgarian A Professional Football Group, the Hungarian Nemzeti Bajnokság, the Polish Ekstraklasa, and Romanian Liga 1.
